Ilba Perfumes, a brand of Ilba Perfumes ("we", "us", "our") operates the website www.ilba.ai and the AI Blend Lab, through which customers can design and order custom-blended perfumes. Our registered business is based in India.

• Order data: Delivery address, bottle selection, fragrance preferences, and quantity when you place an order.
• Payment data: Payment is processed by Razorpay. We do not store card numbers or UPI credentials. Razorpay may store payment information as per their own privacy policy.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and blend history within the AI Lab, stored to improve your experience.
• Voice data: If you use the voice input feature, your recording is sent to OpenAI's Whisper API for transcription and immediately discarded — we do not store audio files.
• Communications: Messages sent through our contact form or WhatsApp.

We do not sell your personal data. We share your information only with:

• Razorpay: For payment processing. Subject to Razorpay's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase: Our database and authentication provider, hosted on secure cloud infrastructure.
• OpenAI: For AI blend generation and voice transcription. Prompts and audio are sent to OpenAI's API and are subject to their data usage policies.
• Courier / logistics partners: Your name and delivery address are shared with our shipping partner to fulfil your order.

We use cookies solely for authentication (keeping you logged in) and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

We retain your account and order data for as long as your account is active or as required to provide our services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us at hello@ilba.ai.

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure Supabase Row-Level Security policies, and service-role key isolation to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
