Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Coverage
We currently ship to all major cities and pin codes across India. Remote or restricted areas may incur additional delivery time. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Processing Time
All perfumes at Ilba Perfumes are hand-crafted to order. Once your payment is confirmed:
- Production time: 2–4 business days for your blend to be formulated, quality-checked, and bottled.
- Dispatch: Your order will be dispatched within 1 business day after production is complete.
- Total time to dispatch: Typically 3–5 business days from order confirmation.
You will receive an order status notification (via SMS or email) when your order is dispatched. You can also track your order under My Account → Orders on our website.
3. Delivery Timelines

4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
- We may offer free shipping promotions on orders above a certain value — any such offer will be shown on the order page.
- We are not responsible for any customs/import duties for deliveries outside our standard coverage area.
5. Packaging
All perfumes are securely packed with protective cushioning to prevent leakage or breakage during transit. Each parcel is sealed and labelled for secure delivery.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can also view your order status at any time by logging in to your account and visiting the Orders section.
7. Failed / Returned Deliveries
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, absent recipient, or refusal to accept, the package will be returned to us.
- Re-delivery charges will apply for a second delivery attempt.
- If a returned package is not claimed within 14 days, the order will be forfeited without refund.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate when placing your order.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the courier, please contact us within 48 hours with your order ID and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
